Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Payment (or deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your session. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for emergencies. Please contact us directly if this applies. Waitlist Policy If a time slot is fully booked, you may join our waitlist through the scheduling system. You’ll be notified via email if an opening becomes available, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlisted clients must confirm their appointment within 24 hours of notification to secure the spot.
